- 10th Grade Girl: (talking to others) Well you don't need a passport since Canada is in America.
- Me: (passing by) You're kidding right?
- Girl: What?
- Me: Canada is not part of America.
- Girl: Yeah, okay. (others agree with me) No way! You guys are just messing with me!
- Me: That was possibly the stupidest thing I have heard in my entire life.
- Girl: I know you're just kidding. You're just trying to make me look stupid.
- Me: (aside) If anything makes me lose faith in the education system, it is this.
