Lucid Dreaming
Feel like you waste too much time sleeping? Learn to dream lucidly. I have attempted to master this before, but I already have enough problems falling asleep to try to dream lucidly. Essentially, you can be conscious in your dreams. First, you need to be able to remember your dreams or else you would not even remember if you were lucid. You need to perform tests throughout the day that show you whether or not you are dreaming. For example, you may look at a clock or your hands. Dream clocks and hands would be different from real life objects. Hopefully you perfom one of these tests in your dream; that is when you attain lucidity. With practice, it can become natural.
